It is also used to treat acne.Gomela Cream is used to treat brown to gray patches of pigmentation, usually on the face, called melasma.This cream contains three powerful ingredients called hydroquinone and gomela cream that helps lighten these dark spots by reducing melanin. It lightens skin tone and gives a smooth looking skin. It is also used to lighten the skin tone of older people and dark spots or age spots due to sun exposure.
