Each Shelcal-XT tablet contains the following composition of active ingredients:
Calcium carbonate: 1250 mg
Vitamin D3: 250 IU (International Units)

USE:

 Directions for Use:
Take Shelcal XT tablets as directed by your physician
In general, it is best to take it after meals, as the source of calcium in these tablets is calcium carbonate, which is absorbed well in the presence of food.

Pain-QR Oil & Tablets : 2 Tablets Once daily after breakfast or as directed by the physician, OIL: Apply 5 – 10 ml for hot fermentation before and after massage at least twice or thrice a day can give tremendous result.
